What you will do
- Manage legal matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Act as the primary liaison between lawyers and expert witnesses.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and updates for various cases.
- Collaborate with internal research teams to match the right experts to specific cases.
- Work with quality assurance teams to ensure reports meet legal standards.
- Anticipate potential issues to ensure smooth case progression.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Experience in a law firm or legal services environment (Senior Paralegal or Lawyer experience highly regarded).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with MS Office and confidence working with international stakeholders.
