What you will do

• Deliver end-user technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, including Microsoft 365 and VPN connectivity.
• Configure and deploy IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and conference room technology.
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account provisioning and security compliance.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and managed service providers to resolve escalated issues.
• Document IT processes and troubleshooting procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on IT support experience.
• 2–5 years of help desk or IT support experience in Windows environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, device management, and Active Directory.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking.
• English proficiency required for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must work from the office in Fort Worth, Texas.
