What you will do

• Create comprehensive test strategies and plans for self-driving behavior features.
• Design, develop, and execute synthetic and log-based test scenarios using an in-house simulation framework.
• Identify, track, and resolve implementation issues through collaboration with cross-functional software teams.
• Oversee triage pipelines to analyze issues discovered during offline and on-vehicle testing missions.
• Propose and validate new testing methodologies using automated metrics.
• Lead QA participation in various testing pipelines and enablement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable software systems test strategies
• Proficiency with automated test frameworks and test automation
• Experience with Python, Linux command line, GIT, and JIRA
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Nice to have

• Industry experience in robotics, autonomous mobility, or safety-critical systems
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 or other safety standards
• Proficiency with Claude Code or other AI coding tools
