What you will do

• Lead the AI product strategy and roadmap, aligning initiatives with customer service and sales priorities.
• Build and scale enterprise-grade AI products, specifically focusing on conversational AI and predictive automation.
• Champion an AI-first mindset across the organization to drive innovation.
• Translate complex AI initiatives into value stories and deliver quarterly business reviews on performance.
• Partner with internal teams and external specialist AI partners to accelerate scaling.
• Lead and empower high-performing teams to deliver outcomes tied to company OKRs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Technical depth in software engineering or AI.
• Proven success in driving commercial outcomes via digital and AI-enabled products.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder influence, and storytelling skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business (ideal).
• Must be based in New South Wales, Australia to support the hybrid work model.
