Senior Product Manager (LegalTech): Leading the hirify.global Docket product from MVP to scaled SMB adoption with an accent on litigation workflows, data infrastructure, and AI integration. Focus on building a workflow-centric litigation intelligence tool, expanding jurisdiction coverage, and designing product-led growth loops.

Location: Hybrid. Expectation for local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney to be in office at least twice per week.

Salary: $137,500 – $186,100 CAD

What you will do

• Define and evolve the vision for hirify.global Docket as a core workflow product within the hirify.global and Vincent ecosystem.
• Identify high-value use cases for SMB litigators and expand docket data coverage into new U.S. jurisdictions.
• Own the product roadmap for docket/document sync, auto-calendaring, and deadline derivation.
• Develop filing-triggered workflows and integrate AI-powered insights via Vincent AI.
• Drive prioritization based on customer value, coverage constraints, and revenue impact.
• Design product-led growth loops to drive virality and matter-based expansion.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years in legal tech.
• Deep understanding of litigation workflows (dockets, filings, deadlines, motions).
• Proven track record of shipping B2B SaaS products used by lawyers.
• Experience with data-heavy products involving structured and unstructured data.
• Strong skills in customer discovery and cross-functional leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with docketing tools (e.g., Docket Alarm, Trellis, UniCourt) or practice management systems.
• Background in law (JD or equivalent) or extensive experience working with lawyers.
• Experience with legal AI tools (e.g., Harvey, Legora).
• Expertise in product-led growth for SMB SaaS.
• Experience building integration-heavy or platform products.
