What you will do

• Provide high-quality primary care via video visits, live chat, and secure messaging.
• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning.
• Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions and provide preventive wellness counseling.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, lab results, and prescribe medications per regulations.
• Serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners, providing oversight and mentorship.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation within a proprietary EMR system.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and board certification in Family Medicine.
• At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency.
• Active medical licenses in CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses.
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays (e.g., 6p-6a PDT).
• Must be eligible for expedited licensure through the IMLC in additional states.
• Reliable high-speed internet access and proficiency with telehealth platforms.
