What you will do

• Own and orchestrate the end-to-end month-end close checklist and coordinate production cost allocation.
• Oversee full accounting close cycles, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounting for company inventory and fixed assets, including WIP and COS postings and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare internal financial statements and support the Controller with external audit deliverables and working papers.
• Partner with IT to drive Epicor ERP process improvements and develop financial controls and documentation.
• Collaborate with FP&A on annual planning and monthly forecasting processes.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years managing or coordinating a full month-end close process.
• Canadian CPA designation (CPA, CA; CPA, CMA; or CPA, CGA) required.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations across 3+ entities.
• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or hardware+SaaS environments, including knowledge of inventory costing and deferred revenue.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and/or ASPE.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of ERP-based GL, inventory, and consolidation modules.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in the manufacturing and/or technology industries.
• Experience working with intercompany inventory movements in multi-entity environments.
• Familiarity with Epicor BAQ reporting or comparable ERP query and reporting tools.
