What you will do

• Launch and stabilize the Lenexa site, establishing high performance standards from day one.
• Coach a team of approximately 16 specialists through real-time feedback and reinforcement of elite negotiation techniques.
• Take full accountability for team KPIs, including total dollars collected, conversion rates, and quality standards.
• Manage daily operational functions, including scheduling, attendance, productivity, and FDCPA compliance.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management, Training, and Operations leadership to ensure staffing and readiness.
• Champion integrity and empathy in every consumer interaction to protect both the consumer and the business.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lenexa, Kansas.
• 3+ years of experience in collections or call center leadership.
• 1–2 years of direct people management experience.
• Deep understanding of collections mathematics and negotiation strategies.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed performance targets such as liquidation and conversion.
• Analytical mindset for root-cause analysis and implementation of operational fixes.
