What you will do

• Source, screen, and assess candidates for high-volume DevOps and infrastructure requirements.
• Market qualified candidates to clients and manage high-touch candidate relationships.
• Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing methodologies.
• Ensure responsiveness and customer focus in all client-facing activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume DevOps and infrastructure recruitment.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing technical candidates.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
• Must be a resident of the specified US states (NY, CO, CA, WA, HI, DC, NJ, MD, IL, MA, or OH) for remote eligibility.
