What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for automation and AI requests across Coding, Revenue Integrity, and Provider Education.
• Conduct workflow assessments to identify high-value use cases for RPA, intelligent document processing, and agentic AI.
• Develop business cases and quantify ROI, focusing on FTE savings, cost-to-collect, and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with the Automation COE to validate process design, technical feasibility, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Lead the citizen developer program, providing mentorship and governance for low-code/no-code automation.
• Translate complex technical concepts for operational stakeholders and vice versa.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business, or related field with 1+ year of experience (or HS diploma with 5+ years).
• Must be authorized to work and remain in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong understanding of healthcare coding, billing, and compliance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritized tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise automation platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
• Working knowledge of SQL for database querying and analysis.
• Experience with Epic and related revenue cycle applications.
• UiPath or HFMA certification.
