Salary: $140,000 - $230,000 a year

hirify.global is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem for urban mobility.

What you will do

• Architect and optimize scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure to support the success and safety of the autonomous vehicle platform.
• Develop advanced monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools to identify and resolve production issues proactively.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to elevate system architecture, streamline deployments, and drive automation.
• Lead incident resolution by conducting root cause analyses and deploying rapid corrective actions.
• Design and implement robust disaster recovery plans to safeguard business continuity and fleet operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or managing large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, Salt, or CloudFormation.
• Technical expertise in deploying, managing, and scaling systems using Kubernetes.
• Deep foundational understanding of networking protocols, storage solutions, and database technologies.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Go, C/C++, or Java.
• Must be based in or able to work in Foster City, CA (Hybrid).

• Experience in the automotive or autonomous vehicle industry.
