Site Reliability Engineer (Web3)

Location: Remote within the United States; New York office available

What you will do

• Operate production Kubernetes clusters and scalable, declarative infrastructure.
• Design and maintain CI/CD workflows for infrastructure and application deployments.
• Build and operate observability systems using metrics, logs, and dashboards.
• Diagnose networking, storage, and application issues across distributed systems.
• Respond to incidents through on-call rotations and drive postmortems.
• Automate operational workflows with Python, Go, or Bash.

Requirements

• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with GitOps and deployment automation using ArgoCD ApplicationSets or similar tooling.
• Strong Linux and shell scripting skills, with productivity in Python or Go.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
• Experience with incident response, troubleshooting under pressure, security principles, and threat modeling.
• Must be based in the United States.
