What you will do
- Own and optimize the global social portfolio, applying expert-level understanding of algorithms and audience behaviors to maximize reach.
- Design and implement sophisticated paid and boosting frameworks to amplify critical brand stories.
- Develop and manage end-to-end social strategies for VP-level executive leadership to influence the industry landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units and directors to ensure social initiatives support company-wide projects.
- Optimize social workflows to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in social media strategy, communications, or digital marketing for global brands.
- Deep technical knowledge of social platforms and the synergy between organic content and paid growth.
- Ability to operate autonomously and deliver high-quality strategic output with minimal oversight.
- Experience mentoring team members and developing workstream dynamics.
- Must be based in California, USA (no relocation or visa sponsorship available).
- English: Professional fluency (C1+) required for regular communication with global partners.

- Hands-on experience in short-form video production, design, or copywriting.
