What you will do

• Lead the PCS Working Group to ensure disciplined governance, timely decision-making, and consistent follow-through across the CH8 factory.
• Serve as the primary translator of PCS intent, educating engineers on statistical thinking, system behavior, and practical execution.
• Transform PCS signals and recurring patterns into systemic organizational learning and durable process improvements.
• Define and execute a long-term PCS roadmap to restore and sustain process control as a cornerstone of the APTD: SWA culture.
• Collaborate with Module and Integration teams to align quality expectations with customer requirements in a competitive IFS environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree with 4+ years of industry experience or PhD degree with 2+ years of industry experience.
• Degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Required: Professional manufacturing experience.
• Required: Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with PCS tools, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Program Management experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of programming (Python, JavaScript, SQL, Power BI).
• Model-based problem solving skills.
