What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for tactical marketing initiatives and campaign executions.
• Build and manage project timelines, workback schedules, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
• Utilize workflow and asset management tools (e.g., Aprimo) to manage project intake, routing, and approvals.
• Partner with internal marketing stakeholders, creative teams, agency partners, and external vendors.
• Contribute to messaging refinement and creative execution planning for select initiatives.
• Provide regular status updates and manage expectations across a highly matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
• Must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship (U.S. based).
• Proven experience managing projects in marketing or creative campaign-driven environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise organizations in financial services, banking, or insurance strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with asset management platforms like Aprimo.
