What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for system implementations and upgrades to ensure seamless launch execution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders across APAC time zones to align on requirements and resolve issues.
• Manage project profitability across various engagement models, including T&M, Fixed Price, and Hybrid.
• Mentor and develop cross-functional project teams to encourage collaboration and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management delivering capital markets solutions.
• Experience working with onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and delivery management platforms.
• Must possess Japanese citizenship or permanent residency status.

Nice to have

• Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
• Experience implementing front or back office systems for banks, hedge funds, or asset managers.
• Background in business or systems analysis and solution design within capital markets.
