What you will do

• Lead project management for system, process, and tool integration related to the Clearwave Fiber acquisition.
• Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and action registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to merge systems, workflows, and operational processes.
• Support integration across 60+ enterprise tools, including service delivery platforms and mapping tools.
• Utilize Smartsheet and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate planning, documentation, and reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within telecom operations (cable and fiber).
• Experience in complex network migrations, consolidations, and large-scale customer conversions.
• Prior experience working with telecom operators such as XOC, Comcast, or Spectrum.
• Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, including automation and workflow capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
• Must be able to work in CST/EST time zones and operate independently.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior M&A acquisition experience in the telecom sector.
• PMP or Change Management certification.
