What you will do

• Image, configure, and deploy workstations following company standards and security requirements.
• Install necessary hardware and software on new systems.
• Maintain hardware records in the asset management platform and apply asset tags to all equipment.
• Track the lifecycle of hardware from procurement to retirement with real-time documentation.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of computers, maintaining a strict chain of custody.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed coursework in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic familiarity with computer hardware components and Windows operating systems.
• Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work onsite in Naperville.
