What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware, software, and mobile assets to ensure enterprise-wide accountability and compliance.
• Direct asset intake, inventory reconciliation, and lifecycle processes.
• Integrate and maintain asset data within ServiceNow and the CMDB to ensure audit readiness and data quality.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, service desk, procurement, and security teams to reduce risk and increase transparency.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise and guidance on ITAM standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of the future-state roadmap for asset management.

Requirements

• Familiarity with ITAM frameworks such as ITIL or ISO 19770.
• Proven ability to track and manage hardware, software, licensing, warranties, and inventory accuracy.
• Experience maintaining accurate asset databases, specifically CMDB or AMDB.
• Ability to design, implement, and enforce standardized ITAM procedures.
• Strong understanding of data integrity controls and documentation requirements for audit readiness.
• Must be based in or able to work in Washington, D.C.
