What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit and document functional and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform data analysis to validate requirements, identify gaps, and create data products.
• Coordinate UAT planning and execution to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Establish data governance through business glossaries, quality rules, and data lineage documentation.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies across technical and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, specifically with Snowflake.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs in JIRA.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of data governance principles (sourcing, quality, issue management).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Cluj-Napoca office.
