• Provide hardware and software system support to all departments within the organization.
• Lead the design, specification, implementation, and administration of network and communications components.
• Manage and optimize a multi-vendor network environment.

• Analyze and resolve critical user problems in an efficient manner.
• Streamline operational workflows to optimize inter-office resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Resource Management, Business, or equivalent certification.
• Must be able to work on-site in Moses Lake, WA, USA.
• 5-7 years of experience in a multi-vendor network environment.
• 3-5 years of previous management experience (experience in healthcare is preferred).
• Technical proficiency in TCP/IP, SMS, Active Directory, Linux, Cisco routers and switches, WAN, and VOIP.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
