Director, Health Navigation Solutions Technology - Virtual

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States of America. Virtual interviews are conducted by video, with occasional travel to a physical office required.

Salary: $175,000–$195,000 per year, plus potential bonus or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Health Navigation technology roadmap in partnership with product, business, delivery, operations, data, AI, and enterprise technology leaders.
• Lead end-to-end engineering execution across architecture, application engineering, integrations, platform support, modernization, and reusable enterprise capabilities.
• Embed data, analytics, AI, and GenAI into participant journeys, business processes, decision support, and engineering operations.
• Own solution availability, performance, resiliency, capacity, observability, security, production readiness, and incident resolution.
• Manage strategic vendors and delivery partners, including outcomes, quality, capacity, budgets, commercial performance, and risk.
• Build and develop an organization of engineering managers, architects, engineers, and technical professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive technology and engineering leadership experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience leading software engineering, solution architecture, modernization, production reliability, and complex technology delivery at scale.
• Knowledge of cloud, APIs, microservices, integrations, data platforms, DevSecOps, observability, and AI/ML.
• Experience translating product and business strategy into executable technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Applicants must already have work authorization in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

• Experience in healthcare, health navigation, benefits administration, clinical solutions, or customer engagement platforms.
