What you will do

  • Analyze and track regulatory requirements applicable to the financial and payments market.
  • Conduct regulatory assessments related to new products, services, and existing initiatives.
  • Monitor regulatory discussions and evaluate the impact of new compliance obligations on the business.
  • Support and follow up on the implementation of regulatory initiatives and action plans.
  • Build relationships with card schemes to ensure alignment with program compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in a related field.
  • Experience in payment institutions, acquirers, sub-acquirers, or fintechs.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of technology and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Familiarity with COSIF standards (Type 3 conglomerate).
  • Knowledge of regulations applicable to SCFIs and Payment Institutions (IPs).

Nice to have

  • Experience with licensing processes and regulatory compliance.
