Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 a year

What you will do

• Own and manage the services P&L, including revenue, cost, and margin performance.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for services delivery.
• Develop and track KPIs such as gross margin, billable utilization, and revenue per resource.
• Optimize employee utilization rates and manage capacity and demand forecasting.
• Implement standardized project financial tracking and reporting frameworks.
• Develop and execute training programs to improve team capabilities and address skill gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in P&L and project accounting.
• 3+ years managing project margins and utilization for a SaaS company or equivalent.
• 2 years of project management experience with budget management responsibility.
• Experience creating and presenting financial data to executive-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US.
