What you will do
- Integrate country-specific labor laws, including working time regulations, overtime rules, and CBAs, into T&A system design and configuration.
- Translate complex legislative requirements into clear technical specifications and functional controls for Product and Operations teams.
- Act as the central compliance liaison across T&A initiatives to align stakeholders and establish global governance frameworks.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend practical corrective actions to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
- Coordinate internal and external audit requests, ensuring the delivery of complete and defensible T&A documentation.
- Maintain T&A compliance documentation, including risk registers, process maps, and change logs.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with global payroll T&A systems such as Workday Time Tracking, UKG, ADP, or Ceridian Dayforce.
- Strong understanding of working time directives, overtime calculations, and statutory record-keeping obligations.
- Proven ability to interpret labor legislation and translate it into operational system functionality.
- Project management experience embedding compliance into agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Experience coordinating audit responses and managing compliance in multi-country environments.
- English: Professional proficiency required as the standardized company language.
