What you will do

• Build in public by running weekly livestreams, writing technical teardowns, and contributing to OSS using Tenki.
• Produce high-signal technical content across X, YouTube, podcasts, and long-form posts.
• Develop and defend opinionated viewpoints on AI-native code review and agent-era engineering.
• Grow and engage a genuine community of engineers focused on developer infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to improve onboarding and documentation.
• Gather and communicate direct product feedback from the developer community to shape the roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience shipping real production code and ability to discuss model latency, static analysis, or distributed systems.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for engineers.
• Strong opinions on the future of AI coding agents and developer tooling.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to act independently in an early-stage environment.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
