What you will do

• Lead the design and development of high-speed digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics for networking products.
• Own the full hardware development lifecycle, including schematic design, layout, prototype bring-up, and production release.
• Perform board-level design, focusing on component selection, high-speed interfaces (Ethernet, SERDES), and signal integrity.
• Guide PCB layout reviews and collaborate with contract manufacturers.
• Develop and execute hardware validation and reliability test plans.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in hardware design and development of complex electronic systems.
• Strong proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools such as Altium or Cadence.
• Proven expertise in high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and power design.
• Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up and debugging using oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with manufacturing support, DFM/DFA, and working with external suppliers.

Nice to have

• Experience designing telecom, networking, or broadband access equipment.
• Familiarity with optical, RF, or high-bandwidth Ethernet technologies.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Prior experience in a global or distributed engineering organization.
