Location: San Jose, California. Able to work on-site with customers without supervision.

Hourly range for California: $31.63 - $58.75 per hour.

What you will do

• Work closely with Sales Account Managers and field application engineers on technical campaigns.
• Deliver workshops, product demonstrations, training, and onsite customer support.
• Analyze customer environments and evaluate appropriate engineering solutions using hirify.global toolset.
• Anticipate technical issues, develop creative solutions, and take technical lead on projects.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and customers to ensure success.

Requirements

• Returnship eligibility: Out of workforce for caregiving for at least two years, minimum three years relevant experience.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 5-10+ years related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of EDA tools: hirify.global Allegro (Sigrity, Clarity, Celsius, PCB Editor, IC Package) or equivalents.
• Strong background in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Electromagnetics, Thermal, RF for Package/PCB design.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to present to groups.
