What you will do

• Develop operational documentation, SOPs, and process flows for hardware GTM initiatives.
• Execute recurring operational tasks including data identification, eligibility reviews, and billing triggers.
• Monitor key operational metrics and maintain tracking dashboards using Excel and internal reporting tools.
• Provide operational feedback to shape system enhancements and support QA during automation transitions.
• Partner with GTM Ops, Finance, Billing, and Sales teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, GTM Ops, BizOps, or Revenue Operations.
• Proficiency in Excel for data sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• English: Fluency required as the working language for global collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage recurring responsibilities independently in an evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience in billing, payments, or SaaS transaction-based business models.
• Experience supporting operational scaling or new process rollouts.
• Fluency in French.
