Salary: $115,000–$130,000 annually + 10% bonus target

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for maximum reliability.
• Drive and document facilities KPIs concerning planned and unplanned maintenance using CMMS.
• Supervise hazardous and non-hazardous waste removals and spill cleanup and disposal.
• Monitor and adjust Building Automation Systems (BAS) to maintain critical environmental conditions.
• Manage all facility documentation, including alterations, building permits, licenses, and certifications.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and support Facilities Engineering on short and long-term projects from planning to completion.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated leadership experience supervising building operations and facilities teams.
• High school degree required; Associate’s degree or relevant technical certifications preferred.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and general maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, BAS, and knowledge of OSHA and ADA compliance.
• Availability to support and schedule 24/7 on-call response to emergency repairs.

Nice to have

• Experience in an FDA regulated industry or ISO certified organization including GMP, GLP, and GDP.
• Proven experience in vendor management with outsourced service providers.
