Focus on translating complex SaaS capabilities into buyer-relevant narratives to increase pipeline, conversion, and competitive win rates.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end positioning and messaging architecture for all Software BU products, including iMotor Websites, Matador AI, DP360 CRM, and Statistical Surveys.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market launch plans and playbooks to align Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Lead the competitive intelligence function by building battlecards, objection-handling guides, and conducting win/loss analysis.
- Build and maintain a sales enablement content library, including product-specific decks, ROI calculators, and case studies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate roadmap investments into market-facing narratives and buyer insights.
- Run regular product and messaging training sessions for the sales force.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Direct ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining utilized sales enablement programs.
- Experience owning competitive intelligence programs, including battlecards and win/loss analysis.
- Exceptional written communication skills for creating compelling sales narratives.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to dealership verticals (automotive, powersports, RV, marine, or commercial truck).
- Familiarity with Websites, Digital Advertising, CRM, DMS, or Conversational AI SaaS products.
- Experience managing a portfolio of multiple SaaS products under a unified BU structure.
- Experience running structured win/loss interview programs.
