TL;DR

Senior Customer Engineer (Product Analytics): Own strategic accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation with an accent on technical strategy for complex deployments and connecting technical execution to business outcomes. Focus on crafting tailored demos, building implementation playbooks, resolving ambiguous escalations, and elevating team capabilities through AI tools and reusable frameworks.

Remote role supporting West Coast territory (San Francisco, CA / Seattle, WA / Denver, CO)

OTE $193,393 - $241,742 (70/30 split)

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales for new acquisitions and expansions, delivering demos, technical evaluations, and workshops.
  • Lead complex onboardings, integrations, and training for strategic customers, building playbooks and ensuring value realization.
  • Drive adoption and growth by identifying opportunities, diagnosing issues, and linking technical work to business outcomes.
  • Handle technical escalations, solving ambiguous problems independently.
  • Build team playbooks, coach peers, and use AI to accelerate workflows and content creation.
  • Assess account health and drive quarterly improvements in retention and expansion.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, etc.)
  • Deep hands-on with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs; architect and troubleshoot front-end implementations.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts with executives, complex requirements, and ambiguous problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to connect technical work to business outcomes like retention and ROI.
  • Hands-on AI tools integration into daily work for research, content, and automation.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global, digital adoption platforms, or product analytics.
  • Mobile app development (Swift, Android, React Native).
  • Data architecture, AI/ML concepts, or advanced analytics.
  • Building reusable frameworks or playbooks adopted by teams.
