What you will do

• Own and enhance company-wide forecasts and long-range planning (LRP) using driver-based financial models.
• Lead the monthly Latest Estimate (LE) process and annual budget cycles.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/LE) and provide financial storytelling for executives.
• Partner with the Director of Business Operations on fleet economics, cost-to-serve, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for board reviews and parent company reporting.
• Automate reporting and analysis using advanced Excel/Google Sheets and emerging AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate FP&A.
• Must be based in the US.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex 3-statement financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

• Experience in investment banking or private equity, particularly in industrials, healthcare, or technology.
• Background in high-growth technology, robotics, or hardware companies.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
