Executive Partnership & Strategic Initiatives, Corporate FP&A (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid working model with work from home and on-site presence at hirify.global offices or client sites

Salary: $160,000–$177,500 annually, plus potential bonus incentives and other benefits.

What you will do

• Translate complex trends, ambiguous business situations, and performance signals into executive narratives, options, and recommendations.
• Create leadership briefs and presentations that support alignment and decision-making in senior forums.
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on commercial model improvements, pricing and packaging, profitability levers, governance, incentives, and organizational structure.
• Help leaders understand how AI changes work, automation, skills, controls, and professional-services delivery models.
• Drive AI literacy and adoption through use-case identification, playbooks, coaching, and workflow integration.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams through workplans, decision logs, accountability mechanisms, and change leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting or strategy, business operations, analytics, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated success leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Strong structured thinking and communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complexity into executive-ready recommendations.
• Professional-services experience is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
