Senior Stock Plan Administrator (Equity Compensation)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $102,500–$150,000 annual base pay, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee and evolve global equity compensation programs, including stock options and RSUs, while ensuring compliance across ASX and Nasdaq listings.
• Process option exercises and RSU vesting releases in partnership with HR and payroll.
• Manage the capitalization table and reconcile equity records across Finance, HR, Payroll, and Fidelity.
• Coordinate international mobility tax treatment for equity vesting and provide service to employees, executives, board members, and cross-functional partners.
• Prepare executive compensation, beneficial ownership, and Section 16 Form 3/4/5 filing documentation.
• Develop employee education and communications, manage external equity-platform relationships, and lead initiatives such as ESPP launches and process automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of general and programmatic stock administration experience at a U.S. public company, ideally in a SaaS growth environment.
• Experience building scalable public-company stock programs, including launching an ESPP.
• Strong attention to detail, data-integrity auditing, organization, and project-management skills.
• Experience automating manual work or improving process efficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Clear communication skills for working with executives, employees, vendors, HR, Legal, and Payroll; familiarity with AI tools is required, while Claude experience is a plus.
