What you will do

• Maintain and update all manufacturing technical documentation.
• Provide technical direction to internal teams and oversee external vendors to meet quality and efficiency requirements.
• Drive cross-functional problem-solving to improve equipment efficiency and resolve downtime.
• Provide day-to-day support for manufacturing operations and maintenance.
• Identify and resolve safety and ergonomics issues within the production environment.
• Develop technical training manuals and deliver training to team members and maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering support role within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of high-volume manufacturing and testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of high-speed assembly equipment and vision inspection systems.
• Proficiency with Fanuc robot programming and fault recovery.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Skills in Statistical Analysis and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
