What you will do

• Lead the development of grant proposals, letters of intent, RFPs, and reports for grants of $10K and above.
• Collaborate with the Director of Institutional Giving and Development Operations to manage deliverables and reporting metrics.
• Translate complex programmatic and legal work into clear, persuasive narratives for funders.
• Coordinate with finance and Salesforce teams to organize financial reporting and metrics.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of writing assignments and deadlines using Asana.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (national nonprofit focus).
• 2-4 years of professional experience in writing-heavy roles.
• Proven success producing structured written work such as reports, proposals, or policy content.
• Experience gathering input from multiple stakeholders to develop written materials.
• Ability to translate technical or complex topics into accessible content.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Asana.
