What you will do

• Lead field production and "lo-fi" shoots, capturing optimized mobile and mirrorless footage for social platforms.
• Manage the full content lifecycle from initial brainstorming and hooks to shooting, editing, and delivery.
• Translate marketing strategies into "thumb-stopping" social narratives aligned with brand standards.
• Execute high-velocity production finishing, including color correction, audio balancing, and motion graphics.
• Monitor emerging social trends and meme culture to propose and execute reactive content.
• Integrate Google’s generative AI models (Veo, Nano Banana, Flow) to extend footage and automate bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in content creation, video production, or social-first editing.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality cinematography alongside expert-level editing skills.
• Mastery of narrative structure for short-form video and capturing attention within the first three seconds.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI models to enhance creativity and production speed.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop for creating social-native graphics.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a personal social following or collaborating with influencers.
• Familiarity with the B2B digital marketing landscape.
• Experience with real-time event coverage.
