What you will do

• Independently develop piping designs and lead specific portions of the project scope.
• Coordinate directly with engineers and other disciplines to ensure design alignment.
• Provide technical input on operability, model quality, and adherence to design standards.
• Support workshare execution and contribute to estimating and change-management discussions.
• Maintain high levels of model and drawing accuracy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of piping design experience in industrial settings (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Semi-Conductors).
• Minimum 3 years of professional Revit usage for piping design and modeling.
• Associate’s degree in Design Technology or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, vendor drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Swiftwater, PA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology or similar.
• Experience specifically within semiconductor facilities.
• Knowledge of pipe stress considerations and their influence on routing.
• Experience with QA/QC workflows and model health reviews.
• Advanced Revit skills, including family and part development.
• Prior leadership experience managing piping teams and deliverable quality.
