Salary: Up to $62.50/hr

What you will do

• Design and route complex wiring harnesses and line replaceable units (LRUs) for vehicle systems.
• Develop mechanical parts such as brackets to support electrical equipment packaging.
• Flatten and dimension wiring harness models for manufacturing documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to finalize vehicle component packaging and routing paths.
• Submit models and drawings through the peer review and release process.
• Incorporate feedback from peer reviews into design iterations.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• 5+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical design/drafting.
• 2+ years of experience with modeling and drafting in Creo Parametric.
• Experience using Creo Pro-Cable for harness design and drawing generation.
• Understanding of MIL-STD-100, ANSI Y14.5/14.41, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Working knowledge of military electrical connector and cabling specifications.
