Salary: $77,000 - $100,000 CAD

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Growth segment accounts using both 1:1 and 1:Many digital channels.
- Drive product adoption and renewal revenue by creating digital content and action-oriented playbooks.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific product areas to enable customer success and value realization.
- Identify expansion opportunities and advocate for the customer's voice within product and marketing processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from onboarding through the entire customer lifecycle.
- Optimize customer maturity journeys by leveraging data to refine engagement plays and playbooks.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS or software company.
- Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including executives and technical leads.
- Proficiency with CS tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on information technology, business, or finance is preferred.
