What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Growth segment accounts using both 1:1 and 1:Many digital channels.
  • Drive product adoption and renewal revenue by creating digital content and action-oriented playbooks.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific product areas to enable customer success and value realization.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and advocate for the customer's voice within product and marketing processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from onboarding through the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Optimize customer maturity journeys by leveraging data to refine engagement plays and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS or software company.
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including executives and technical leads.
  • Proficiency with CS tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on information technology, business, or finance is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience creating digital marketing content and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
