What you will do

• Provide individualized orientation, support, referral, and advocacy services based on client assessments.
• Develop and manage reasonable self-sufficiency plans and timelines for each client.
• Conduct intake, assessment, and job readiness orientation for employment-eligible clients.
• Respond to emergency calls and monitor client progress to ensure goals are being attained.
• Ensure full compliance with case file management and reporting requirements.
• Participate in partner meetings and engage stakeholders to identify community resources.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-year degree with an emphasis in Social Work or an equivalent field of study preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in social services, humanitarian relief, or non-profit environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); bilingual ability in Creole and/or Spanish is desired.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle for regular travel in the service area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
