What you will do

• Develop and execute daily production schedules using SAP and capacity models.
• Drive lean initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and performance metrics tracking.
• Coach and develop associates, manage talent, and improve technical capabilities.
• Conduct safety, 6S, and quality audits; ensure compliance with ISO14001 and HSE standards.
• Prepare presentations on plant metrics and participate in Tiered Gemba processes.
• Handle industrial relations and business communications as key point of contact.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
• At least 5 years leadership experience in manufacturing (non-union preferred)
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or training.
• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, SAP.
• Strong communication, time management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Able to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends.

• Leadership experience in optical fiber cabling industry.
