What you will do

• Lead corporate security operations, including complex access control issues and incident response for disruptions such as protests.
• Design and implement physical security strategies and mitigation measures for facilities and team members.
• Coordinate with local and global law enforcement agencies to identify risks and manage security incidents.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for physical security system architecture and standards.
• Manage and mentor the local operational team, vendors, and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide tailored protective measures and uniformed guard services for high-risk team members.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate physical security, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supporting managerial role.
• Expertise in access control, surveillance, crisis management, executive protection, and travel security.
• Proven project management skills to lead cross-functional security projects from initiation to completion.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and rotating shifts.
