What you will do

• Design, implement, test, and deliver high-quality software applications ensuring standards for scalability and security.
• Provide technical leadership as a subject matter expert, collaborating on architecture and design.
• Maintain production systems through on-call rotations, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage backlogs and ensure iterative, predictable delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge through documentation and tech talks.
• Perform thorough code reviews to maintain high quality and minimize technical debt.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive commercial software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more languages: C++, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with web technologies including React, Vue.js, .NET Core, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
