Software Engineer (Sr) (Fullstack .NET): Design, implement, and operate cloud-native, data-driven services that power personalization and targeted experiences for SMART across Q2’s platform and partner ecosystem, with an accent on backend/full-stack API and data pipeline delivery in production-first environments. Focus on correctness, reliability, and operability through monitoring, alerting, debugging, incident resolution, and automated testing while integrating internal systems and external partners.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, integrate, and test backend and/or full-stack services (APIs, data pipelines, and platform components) of moderate complexity.
  • Deliver features and improvements in live production systems, working independently and collaboratively.
  • Create and automate detailed test cases during development.
  • Build and evolve services integrating with internal systems, external partners, and third-party platforms.
  • Own operability: monitoring, alerting, debugging, and incident resolution; support and maintain services with occasional on-call.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and data scientists; participate in design and code reviews.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of software development experience.
  • Full-stack .NET development experience (SQL Server, C#, HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with MVVM and frontend frameworks (Vue, Angular, React).
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and auto-mocking tooling.
  • English: fluent written and oral communication required and U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
