What you will do

• Partner directly with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents managing thousands of daily conversations.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to discover requirements and present product demonstrations.
• Address technical challenges in business processes to tailor virtual agents to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to scope and implement new roadmap features.
• Act as a trusted advisor to drive strategic technical directions for enterprise clients.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in the product development of highly technical products.
• Previous experience at or above the Senior Product Manager level.
• Professional fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• Must be based in or work on-site in San Francisco or New York.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in product development for AI agents.
• Basic coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.
• MBA or equivalent professional business experience.
• Experience interfacing with end customers to influence software development.
