What you will do

• Execute the vision and roadmap for Capacity Management and AI Virtual Agents to optimize customer impact and business results.
• Drive the full product development lifecycle from market research and discovery through delivery and go-to-market.
• Establish and attain KPIs for revenue, retention, usability, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D leaders across CRM, Accounting, Reporting, and other product areas.
• Leverage ML, AI, and IoT powered by climate and utility data to deliver innovative customer solutions.
• Manage customer and prospect escalations while maintaining roadmap commitments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for SaaS products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering industry-transforming solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Data-driven approach to measuring success and quantifying business impact.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex technical info into executive summaries.
• 4-year degree from a top university; graduate degree or MBA desired.
