What you will do

• Provide strategic operational leadership and hands-on oversight across all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of associates and supervisors, focusing on professional development and performance management.
• Ensure strict recipe consistency, production quality, and compliance with food safety and sustainability policies.
• Maintain weekly and monthly financial reporting, including forecasting, labor, food cost, and revenue.
• Collaborate with chefs during the onboarding and implementation of new menu items to ensure production accuracy.
• Oversee inventory of smallwares and manage the sourcing of ingredients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Restaurant, Food Manufacturing, or High-Volume Commercial Kitchens.
• Must be based in New York, NY for onsite facility management.
• Valid Food Handlers License and in-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Spreadsheets).
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity.
• Conversational Spanish is strongly preferred.
