What you will do

  • Identify and engage C-suite executives at large enterprises to sell trading and tokenization platforms.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and contract closure.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align client needs with product capabilities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, blockchain platforms, and exchanges.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the digital asset space to shape sales and product strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brokerage, trading, or capital markets.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Deep understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in traditional and digital asset markets.
  • Proven track record of developing new business with institutional clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of the cryptocurrency or digital asset space.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
